“You Don’t Need a Reason” is Creative Audio Laboratory’s second single, following the success of debut track “All Along”. The remarkable music video for “You Don’t Need a Reason” (directed by Angel Estrada Fuentes) finds CAL on an adventure in one of his homes-away-from-home, Tijuana.
The follow-up CAL single sees the return of pop legend Jason Falkner at the studio helm, handling production, recording, arranging, and mixing duties while also performing on the track. As with “All Along” and the forthcoming series of CAL singles, “You Don’t Need a Reason” was tracked at Falkner’s Rhetoric Studio in Echo Park.
