I just spent about an hour trying to fix this. I was very skeptical but your method actually worked for me! interesting thing is I tried allowing the creative cloud app through windows firewall on my other computer and it actually fixed the issue there but on my main pc no matter how I tried allowing it through firewall it didn't work until I just completely turned firewall off like you showed. Thank you!

doesnt help... i have windows 11, intel i14900 and rtx 4070, and if i try to install 64bit version its infinite loading... but if i try 32 bit version it works. but im worried that 32 bit version is slower. Tomorrow i have a call with their senior support because regular one didnt find the solution. We tried to clear registry, folders, and use cleaner tool but nothing works for x64 version.

Thank you! Your solution work for me I have tried installing creative cloud on windows 10 but it didnt work out so i think its creative cloud problem itself.
