Another alternative to adding patches is to buy felt sheets and make a felt folder insert to apply patches on and the folder insert can be moved from cover to cover

I do something similar. Glued A Wabi Sabi patch on my TN, but I also sewed the four corners by hand to keep it from coming loose. I love the look of your covers. I only use one patch though so I can continue to condition my covers to keep them soft and supple. I also like your idea of mixing the inserts...

I love that binder "keeper" that allows you to store your finished inserts. Sadly, they don't offer them in my preferred size of A5 so that changed my mind about the inserts all together. I love the style of the inserts SO MUCH but I also want to be able to go through them when I want to for easy reference :(

You don’t need to cut individual letters. You just position on the paper and rub it off with a coin or something. Love love your style 😊
