I always take my journal out, even if I don’t write in it, I think it’s like a comfort thing. It doesn’t matter what you put in your journal because it’s for you and represents you as a person. I really love how your personality shows in your inserts!

I always bring mine with me and hardly bring it out and use. BUT I never leave the house without it! So happy I am not alone! 😁

" represents you as a person..." I like that. It also brings back very personal memories that only you can have. It serves as art AND the best souvenirs for you to have with you always!

I understand your feeling when you talked about how people are questioning you on the "meaning of doing all this". I too got questions and judgement thrown my way when I kept price tags and other "junk" for my journal. It hurts the most when it comes from the people closest to you. But I feel that journaling and keeping things that people categorise as junk is a great way to remember your everyday life. I love your journaling style.

Thank you. I used to worry what other think but the longer it is I dont really put them in mind anymore. Let's just keep journaling without worrying and ignore negativities.

I find your journals really inspiring. I started taking labels off of drinks, receipts, and other scraps and adding them to my own journal. Not only am I reusing these items as you mentioned, but it’s great for memory keeping. Plus plenty of labels are pretty! Keep it up. It makes me happy seeing new videos from you! 😁✨

I would throw your style in with junk journalers! You take things that others would consider “junk” and turn it into memories. I think it looks cool. I always forget to keep labels and things like that and stick them in my memory keeper. You have a good eye & are mindful of your journaling! 😊

I love this style so much. I come from the Lynda Barry school of art and memories. She does this with artwork she paints and draws herself. This is a great way to do the same thing with found art. It's a super fun way to capture "the now," forever. I can't think of a better way, short of a picture, to relive an experience forever. People that don't get it, just don't get art. No explanation needed. Naysayers can go and lick a feather!

I love this idea of labels etc... its a memory keeper. When you look back at it you will be surprised at the price of things and you will remember what happened on that day when you see it. I did this many years ago on a holiday with my girls when I look at it now its amazing! This was 20 years ago. Keep on. You have inspired me to do another. (Now looking for an ideal notebook...might need to buy another one :) )

I'd LOVE to see a printer video! I'm also oddly curious about a "what's in my bag" video from you. These notebooks are rather big, in my opinion, and they seem tedious to carry around all the time. When people say they carry this size around I'm left wondering what their set up is.
