So happy to see this video pop up in my feed. I always love seeing your creative process, it’s so inspiring! I love how fluid you allow this journal to be, I always feel like I’m very rigid in that I need to document every single day/week in the same manner to create cohesion but then I have so many blank spots because there just wasn’t much to say and then I get unmotivated to finish those pages and…all that to say, I love how you embrace fluidity of life in these pages. Simply beautiful. 💖

You said it better than I could. 🤍🤍 I share snippets of my completed pages but it’s important to me that everyone sees the blank spots hanging out and I hope it helps relieve some of the pressure we all put on ourselves. You are correct. I have dismantled their books the last couple of years - here's a video I shared of my process for 2024, but also note that I took my 2025 book to Staples and they did it super quickly and beautifully for this year. :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/iKero4Oar5t9Z6c

Thoroughly enjoyed your walk through! My 2025 H&O weekly will be here soon and I'm looking for ideas to get started journaling in it. Your pages are very inspiring! What type of paper do you use to print your photos on? You mentioned it was thin. The paper I am currently using is way too thick. Thank you so much for sharing!

OK, you're journaling is contagious! Q for you...What size covers do you use for your hemlock and oak discbound? I find that the half letter are too small. Can you link where you get yours?

Oh, that's so sweet. I know! Covers are super hard to track down for this size... I ended up buying these plastic cutting mats from Amazon and trimming them down (just eyeballing them to a size slightly larger than the actual pages). Hope that helps! amzn.to/495CzgX (affiliate)
