This is so useful, I love your content, I am not a writer (perhaps there is a closet one in me somewhere though) and I find relevant gems in all your videos. I certainly have felt overwhelmed as I start my second week at work for the term, stuck at home with covid. I had big plans, I was going to get ahead and now all my intentions have to be re-evaluated as I have lost time and my energy levels have plummeted. I really appreciate this video. As a teacher and team leader my time management is really important. But after teaching for 24 years I feel my approach of just pushing and pushing and emptying my bucket needs an overhaul. My word of the year this year is nourish. And I want to feel peace and ease. Your videos help me immensely. Thank you 🙏
