I have a trailer built for my mobility scooter with just two child's bike wheels. I also thought about the 4 upright corner metal angle bars to weld them on for support and to take more ware as I use it each week to bring my black rubbish bags to the local refuse area. I see you have 4 wheels on your cart and I think I might also change from my two wheel system to a 4 wheel system as with arthritis and my other medical conditions and my age it would be more beneficial for loading and unloading. Do you think changing to a 4 wheel set up would be better for my mobility scooter will it turn easily behind my scooter especially if I need to reverse at times or is it a bad idea

Я бы все же усилил поворотную стоку поперечными укосинами для ее устойчивости. Уж больно ненадежно смотрится - треугольника жесткости нет - поломается от нагрузки. Детишек возить - невелика нагрузка. Вот когда 5 - 6 мешков цемента нагрузишь - место сварки не выдержит. И не потому что плохо приварено, а потому что будет работать на разрыв с рычагом, равным высоте самой стойки. Да и поворотную опорную пятку можно было бы посолиднее сделать - металл потолще, а пятку диаметром побольше. I would still strengthen the turntable with cross bars for its stability. It looks too unreliable - there is no stiffness triangle - it will break from the load. Children are a small cargo for transportation. That's when you load 5-6 bags of cement - the welding site will not stand. And not because it is poorly welded, but because it will work at breaking with a lever equal to the height of the rack itself. And the pivoting support heel could be made more durable - the metal is thicker and the heel is larger in diameter.

Тележка клевая, эстетически приятная. За это лайк. Но если отбросить просто восторги, то есть ряд вопросов. Если речь про тележку для мастерской как утилитарную штуку, то слишком много заморочек. Зачем дубовые планки внизу? Разве что дуб девать некуда :) Зачем дубовые надстройки бортов? Да, красиво. Но какова итоговая цель изделия? Как будет использоваться и для чего? В поворотном механизме рулевой колонки лучше было использовать велосипедные подшипники, а не просто упорные шайбы. Если уж делать защелки на заднем борту, то логично весь борт сделать на петлях и сделать его откидным, чтобы возить длинномер :)

С другой стороны -- чай не тр-ное средство😂 а я грешным делом именно этот вариант и рассматривал, "рисовал" амартизаторы и поворотный кулак... Всё оказалось гораздо проще. УСПЕХА!! ЗАЧЁТНО!!
