At 1:35 my Illustrator does not show me the shape of the word, there is only a box with an underline. How can I actually be able to see that wireframe?

I think your bounding box is not showing, so go to View+Show Bounding Box(Sift+Ctrl+B)

@@CreativeClaws Nope, it did not work. Did you create outlines at some point? otherwise I don't know how could I get back that wireframe (if that is the correct term).
