I loved the pretty cups with 2 handles, the gold just sets off the flowers so nicely. I like videos like this with a little bit of different things together. The scrap wood in the frame with the dry flowers is so pretty. TYFS Blessings to you and your family this week!❤❤

Your bullion cup is a treasure. Noritake China Azalea pattern. I inherited a set of this china that belonged to my great grandmother, and I am 72 years old! It was collected by ladies early in the 1900s as a premium for buying Larkin products. It was continued to be made quite a while after that, but this particular piece is more rare. Places like Replacements Limited used to charge quite a bit for unusual items like this. I don't know it current value, but it is beautiful. Great find!

Hi Deborah and thank you! That is so interesting & I'm very appreciative of you sharing all of this great information. They are very beautiful and I'll be sure to check with Replacements Limited and maybe get an estimate of value. ❤️

I love the clay details on the piece with the hooks. So adorable! I have those peonies and have never thought to dry them. 💕

The dark pink retains most of their color but the light pink eventually turns brown. The light pink are fragrant so I use those to make potpourri. ❤️

Loved all the projects as usual. I'm always looking for ways to use insulators, and how to upcycle stuff from my huge stash. I'm having a big garage/estate sale soon to sell tons of stuff I inherited from my mom. With several generations of goodies to go thru & decide what to keep, upcycle, donate or sell, I'm overwhelmed and need ideas! Will be browsing thru your other videos again also. TFS
@CreativeDIYPurpose2 жыл бұрын
Thank you, Judy! Awe, that has to be very hard. The clear insulators are beautiful with battery operated tea lights for Christmas displays, placed on their base. The green ones look like trees. I love them all gathered together as a collection on display. Let me look for more ideas for you this week and see what I can find! Are there any other items you need ideas for? Yw ❤️❤️

Kim I just love all of the projects. I love working with scrap wood. I always pick up pieces whenever I see them. I would love to see more scrap wood projects and upcycle decor pieces. I get so much inspiration from the items you flip. I was wondering if you ever work with vellum paper and if you have any tips or ideas for using it in upcycle projects. I had copied some beautiful flowers onto some of the vellum , I had brought it thinking it was like rice paper but it's not at all. I do a lot of transfers on tissue paper because it's so easy to decupage with. I don't sell my projects for now because I'm still learning and don't feel I'm ready to put my work out there yet and I can't afford all the IOD and Prima products so I really appreciate the free printables and the how-to videos that you share.
@CreativeDIYPurpose2 жыл бұрын
Thank you, Kelly. ❤️ I love working w wood scraps, as well. I have not worked w vellum paper, but will check into it. I do remember it's a thicker paper, does it krinkle easy? That's okay, learn as you go! You'll be ready in no time at all! They are not in the budget for us at this time, so I understand that. But how wonderful that we can create unique items ❤️
@kellyoconnor78712 жыл бұрын
I don't know if the vellum wrinkles easily all I've done with it so far is just printed some beautiful flowers on it. The results were wonderful but what I've read on Pinterest is that it curls and is hard to get it to adhere to surfaces. Let me know what you find out. Thanks
