i think they will hired an actor for the role, alan voiced few characters in this series but mainly he’s dr phosphorus, his human form took alan look where other characters that he voiced are not, would be very expensive to cast another actor for this so they use alan to voice few characters because he’s talented enough to change his voices, plus he will also voice kelex in superman too
