@@TormisMrFool True - my guess for why Nina couldn't have done much (even from within her element) is because - out of the whole team - she really was the most civilian-esque, for lack of a better term. She didn't go into this team with any experience in tactical/military skills, no superpowers outside of breathing underwater - she was just a disabled kind-hearted woman to her core. She really was the least monstrous of the whole group. :(

Nina will definitely come back, maybe thanks to the mummy called Khalis and his magical healing powers. In the comics he healed and resurrected Nina to the point where she no longer needed the suit to breathe on land. Also, let's not forget that we didn't even saw her intellectual capabilities because Amanda said that she was the smartest of the group. In an interview the actress who voices her said that she's exited to play her in live action.

If you go based on genetic evidence I doubt f.e. Dr. Phosphorus would be considered human. (considering the significant changes through radiation) While the bride - genetically speaking - would be human. If you go by "she's undead and that's mutually exclusive with being human" that's valid too I suppose though its not unchalegable. I was mostly arguing for the sentence of a corpse being human though. If the Reanimation post death / the fact she's not made out of one continuous humans parts is a deal breaker that's subjectively valid too. But if you went to the graveyard and looked at a body I'd still say that's a human. A dead one, sure... But it's still a human corpse -

Waller: What about beings that aren't human? Phosphorus was a doctor that was mutated by his evil boss, Frankie is literally a mishmash of deceased humans therefore making her a human, Nina was born human and had fish DNA injected into her to try and cure/save her, and I do believe Weasel was a doctor at some point that was turned into the Weasel. I know in one comic series he's just a criminal dressed up as a weasel, but I'm pretty sure this version was formerly human. And G.I. Robot is, obviously, a robot. But with the way he acts I believe he's developed a human-like conscience that is paired with his AI programming.
