Arkham Batman, and Batman in general, is an ambush predator, a hunter in the dark, picking off your fellow goons one by one, you can't see him, but you know he's there, and you could be next. You see Moon Knight coming, you see him coming as he brutally tears though you and your fellow goons, a couple of them are dead because Moon Knight doesn't care if he kills you, one of your guys managed to get a couple shots off before going down, the shots hit Moon Knight, you can see the blood, the wounds and blood loss haven't slowed him down, he's still coming.

Tbf to taskmaster I see his dilemma. He has specialized himself around his ability to analyze fighting styles, but that doesn’t work against someone piloting a plane at and into the building/room you are in. Ain’t no amount of martial prowess or weapon mastery going to help you in that moment. Even in the 1 on 1, MK has learned so many fighting styles that he can just swap on the fly and force TM to repeatedly guess which style he is currently using every couple of seconds, which removes much of the predictive benefit of his ability.

Same, I absolutely love his honesty here. Beard probably expected to get an emotional "I'M NOT A COWARD, FINE! I'LL DO IT!" response from "Oh, are you scared?" but instead Task casually told him that he shat his pants and is traumatized from his encounter with Moon Knight, and basically makes a point that NOT being afraid of MK is insane. Really don't know much about Taskmaster, but I liked him here in particular

The thing about Moon Knight here is that he is VERY willing to take some serious hits…and that’s why Taskmaster is scared of him. Moon Knight has recovered from serious injuries, even came back from death. Taskmaster isn’t crazy enough to risk being on the brink of death for a job.

It’s that, paired with the fact that he’s completely unhinged, even for an antihero. And MK has a reputation for really stretching said reputation to the limit, especially when you have other antiheroes like the fucking *Punisher* who sees him as a little extra 😂. The heroes of the verse will break your bones and throw you in jail after foiling whatever crap you’re trying to pull, but what makes MK so threatening is that if he’s coming after you, than unless you can figure out a way to make peace like TM, you’re going to be looking over your shoulder every moment of your life, for the rest of your life, because MK doesn’t give a damn about when, where, or how he’s going to take you apart. He’s the definition of the meme, “Geneva conventions? More like Geneva suggestions”

you're a great editor, your sense of pacing is very good the whole helicopter bit made me laugh out loud I look over to the other side of the page, I read "personal 9/11" and mouth "oh no" and the sirens IMMEDIATELY start and then I laughed it. "OH NOOO" assuming this was intentional, at 3:20 watch out where you change dialogue The original line made sense; "My exclusivity" is his SOLE vamping rights basically. To challenge his exclusivity, is a fancy way of saying "muscling in on my turf"

Everyone talks about Moon Knight traumatizing Taskmaster, but they forget when Osborn tried to hire Bullseye to kill Moon Knight off. That was a Moon Knight far more on his game than vs. Tasky, and openly realizing he probably would lose a straight fight just fought incredibly dirty and indirectly, and faked his death by luring Bullseye to his hideout before blowing it up and making him run away like a scared bitch. Vampire dude tried to hire Bullseye before reaching out to Taskmaster. Tasky had the decency to show up and explain in explicit detail why he refuses to fight MK, as well as meet Moon Knight in person and explicitly say that there was no beef between them and that he was washing his hands clean of MK's feud with the vampires. Bullseye was so traumatized he didn't even answer the phone.
