1:05:45 - I think it could go even deeper, where level 8 would be that humans desire to connect with others. Being interesting is not the end, it's more of a means to that end of human connection.

Great examples @shreyas. I have a question about signature simulation. I've done something similar on invite links during an onboarding process using magic link, and through our user testing, we actually found out users especially like grandparents were confused and thought they need to tap on the screen to action. I wonder if different segments seeing the "sign here" copy with signature would try to draw on the screen?

@Shreyas Doshi - You pointed out that someone who has primarily a project thinking mindset can never be a world class product manager. Wanted to know if a person with project thinking mindset should leave product management and become a project manager? This way they can leverage their innate nature and be a Sachin Tendulkar in project management. Would you agree? @Cred

में आप के विचार से सहमत हु। पर English एक वैश्विक भाषा बन गई है। हम सारे दुनिया के कंटेंट तो कन्वर्ट नही कर सकते पर आगर हम English सीखे तो सारी दुनिया के बहुत सारे कंटेंट consume कर सकते है। दुनिया में जिन जिन लोगो ने English सीखी है उन्होंने अपना standard of living भी improve किया है और अपनी थिंकिंग को भी broad किया है। मेरा यह भी मानना है कि कभी कभी हमारी भाषा भी जातिवाद और पुराने अंधविश्वास को subconcicously बदाती है। बहुत सारे कंटेंट तो हिंदी में convert करना भी मुस्किल है क्योंकि हिंदी में वैसे सरल sabd भी नहीं है। में एक ngo suru करने वाला वो जो कुछ वैज्ञानिक 📚 को हिंग्लिश में ट्रांसलेट करेगा। जिससे स्कूल के students को फायदा होगा।

Why can't a good PM be a project thinker (executioner) as well as a product thinker ? Why not focus on coexistence of both skills instead of elevating just one?

You have to be both. But always start as product thinker so you'll have context as project thinker
