@@OttoTheWeim , @Paige and Kevin out of South Carolina provide some pretty good content at the boat ramp. Very few in SC know how to launch or load a boat. Not as interesting, if any commentary as CCC, but it filled the void until today. 😊 I love the commentary of CCC. Thanks and keep ‘em coming. Please. I’m retired and need the entertainment. Credit Card Capt: Your videos are the best. You are informative, interesting and very funny. Don't ever stop. You do a great service to the boating community, by pointing to where help is needed. Where I grew up, Vancouver BC, it was illegal to power load your boat onto the trailer because of the damage it causes at the base of the boat ramp. That's why there's a crank on that boat strap lol. It really surprises me how many people really don't care about their environmental impact as long as they get to play with their toys.

Florida Statute 327.30 stipulates that boaters are required to assist other people involved in the accident. In the law, this is written as giving “such assistance as is practicable and necessary in order to save them from or minimize any danger.” An example of when you are required to assist might be: If the other boat is in danger (sinking, on fire, in the way of other boats, immobilized, etc.) That unmanned vessel posed a risk to other boaters in these congested waters. CC Captain did the right thing here morally *and* lawfully.

Wow never a dull moment at the boat ramp lol. Great job handling things. I mean I don't boat beyond taking a little fishing boat on the lake but it seems to me like you wouldn't wanna park a boat like this on a sand bar or oyster bed right? I mean obviously not an oyster bed but even sand seems like a bad idea. wouldn't that damage the coating and then theres the potential for rocks in the sand? I've seen kayaks get gouged up from that even.

It seems like everyone has bunk trailers. Roller trailers are so convenient and less of a hassle besides the fact that they sit up higher than a bunk trailer.
@normwetherbee34032 жыл бұрын
Harder to center the boat on a roller trailer. You also NEED two people who know what they're doing with one (physics y'all!). A properly backed in bunk trailer can be loaded with one person if needed.
