I've been stuck on that ramp back in the early 90s. Alnost didn't make it out. I had a 2 wheel drive truck.

That alweld plug is on the outside. But it should have a automatic bilge pump like mine. That pump saved me twice because I knew instantly I forgot the plug when water started shooting out the side😂😂 it's easy to do.

First of all, all-terrain tires have no good grip on wet concrete it would be better if he had some all season tires, but he could still let about 6 to 8 psi out of his tires and get better grip and pull it out. Can air them back up later.

here is a great reason hy i have a 20,000# winch in the back of my bed of the truck! with a doubler if needed, truck is on dry pavement and the winch cable goes out and pulls the trailer in, on the front of my trailer is 2 hard rubber tires that i place on the front before towing up the ramp.
