She nailed it!! You bias them BEFORE they even get started. Stop telling people what they are going test, before they smell it. Don't give the product name. Don't give the fragrance. Don't show them the bottle. Don't say anything!!! Just let them smell and review. Smell and review. Smell and review. Let the participant, and the audience, know AT THE END!!! Didn't you people ever take science. (Control group, etc.)

Next Addition it’s not going to change how she thinks of the smell whether she likes it or not. And feel free to run to do a similar test on your channel with your parameters. Might I also suggest adding; blind folded vs non blindfolded group. A group using creed testing paper vs other brand strip. You can get as scientifically as you want, but at the end of the day you either like a smell or you don’t.

VIKING was the first CREED I purchased. Definitely a mens scent but Victoria feedback was valid. I do get a lemon grass feel with OV too. DU PORTUGAL has a eau sauvage DNA which probably smelt on your father or grandpa. the opening has a beautiful spicy bergamot which I think Victoria liked at first. great video!! Nice video, I really like Victoria's reaction on the "pen ink" note in SMW. My reaction was the same, I have a feeling everybody is copying this, but ink does not have a smell. I don't know where this comes from. I actually opened an ink cartridge I still had from an old pen to check and it did not have a smell.

I have 7 different Creed fragrances. Royal Oud, BDP, GIT, Aventus, Original Santal, SMW, & Viking. Love em all. Viking reminds me of old school barbershop. A shaving cream that they used to get your neck. BDP is definitely an older gentleman scent. Young bucks would have a hard time pulling that off. Royal Oud is Heavenly!!! Aventus is king. My wife loves SMW the most. GIT is top notch fresh!! Original Santal is my sweet, fruity Creed. If I was forced to pick a signature scent from mine, I’d probably go with BDP.

@@SoCalScents I've grown to appreciate Viking, though - if I had to describe it to someone, I'd say that it was as if Old Spice made an expensive shaving cream. That's not said negatively, though, as I actually like it as an office scent here and there. The problem that I, and perhaps others had, was the anticipation of a fragrance that would either top or, at least, compete with Aventus. This wasn't the case, obviously. I actually think that the name itself, "Viking," gives the wrong expectation. I could see leather and even muddy notes being in something with that name. If this same fragrance had been called something else, perhaps with the word "Royal" in it, and in a lime green and/or gold bottle - not in a red one with a viking warship on it - I think that it may have been accepted sooner as subtle, mature, and easily directed towards daytime usage. And, speaking of "Royal," I recently purchased a decant of Royal Oud, coincidentally, and enjoy wearing it for the wood and spice that it warms smoothly into after the initial brightness of the pink berry and lemon. I feel like I'm wearing something regal from another country through it. Anyway, good work with the fragrance reviews. I've watched quite a bit of them, thus far.

Chesco why? That makes no sense. You can score something an 8.7 or an 8.4. If you did increments of .5 those two fragrances would both be an 8.5 when there is a difference of what they like better

Just keep it simple & accurate with a .5 increment system: 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10 (a true trailblazing original Masterpiece).
