There should be feeding fish around that waterfall base waiting to ambush bait coming down that cascade. I used to fish a salt water runoff canal from a fresh water lake dam spill over especially after a big rain. The snook would queue up to the churned water waiting to ambush shad coming over the spill water. Caught & released over 20 fish up to 4 ft long one night, the more it rained the better the fishing.
