I HATE when suicidal people are so cowardly to not go out alone. I've been suicidal and my plan was to check out with absolutely NO chance of someone even accidentally being killed with me. Either go out alone or don't do it at all. There's no excuse for choosing to kill an innocent person because you want to die. Just to add, I completely understand being suicidal. I don't blame them for wanting to die. It's horrific and sad that the person wasn't able to get proper help but you have no right to take another person's life.

I'm not a cop, however I was unlucky enough to witness a lethal car crash, so now I understand what firefighters, paramedics and cops have to deal with. I was in bus, going back home from school. Some guy decided to overtake us from the left side on straight road going definitelly more than 90km/h. In last part, instead of going back on the right lane, he lost controll over his car, it slid on the dirt roadside, and moment later got stopped by a tree. Impact was strong enough to torn off entire left and right side of his car that then flew forward on the road (luckilly, no car was close enough to get hit by it). And worst part, car quickly turned into fireball. Our bus stopped, with few other cars that were behind us. We took all the fire extinguishers we had to try and put the flames down. Ofc there was no help for him but, to at least save a bit of body for his family to bury. Poor guy, his head got literally cut off and splashed as pieces on the road, his right arm seem to be missing as well, not really sure.

My grandfather was a fireman with a volunteer department for like 45 years, and was chief for most of that time. There were all kinds of accidents he responded to: vehicle wrecks, farm equipment accidents, power tool accidents. But one of the hardest ones for him was responding to a single car accident. The driver was a teenage girl who lost control on a wet road and hit a tree. She was killed on impact. But what made it so difficult was the fact that she was the daughter of one of the other firemen who was responding. My grandfather was the first on scene and immediately recognized her. He also immediately realized she was definitely dead, so the first thing he did was walk back to meet the second truck and pull her father aside. That was one of the hardest calls for the entire department, because they were all basically like brothers. And a lot of them had children that knew the girl, too.

I'll tell you a story my dad told me, he's a Detective. The call was for an alarm tripped in a old abandoned school. At first he thought some kids were doing some urban exploring. As he makes his way in he starts to feel this feeling of deep dread, like someone was following him trying to hurt him. All the sudden a rock flys over and just missed his head. He turns around and fires 3 shots. Then he sees it. The ghost of a young woman, dressed like she was from the 1960's she had long hair, round glasses, and was wearing a flowing dress. She looked pissed too. Turns out there was a young girl that looked just like her who was murdered in 1966 and went unsolved. My dad made a point of solving her murder. He suspected that was why she was so angry at him. He finally put the killer in jail last year. It was a former police Detective. He was fired in 1970 for theft of some evidence. Now he's in jail for life. He went back to tell her the good news, but she was gone. I guess she heard, and now she can rest in peace.

Another is, I was watching a male unloading a heavy machine off a van by himself, and as he was about to take it off the van, the machine slipped and landed on his femur which then just instantly made his leg snap and due to the pressure, his ankle had poked out the skin aswell as a broken femur

10:18 That’s my grandma except without the crosses on the walls. My grandma has been in America for about three years now. Our home country is absolutely nothing like America. It was very dangerous and people died almost every second. There was literally a line of corpses out in the street. The neighborhood we used to live in was practically a danger zone. For me and my brother to have a safer life, my parents immediately applied to move America and thank gosh we did. I was 6 at the time and the images are still ingrained into my mind to this day. My grandma and other family members had not applied yet and my father applied for my grandma to come. Obviously when you come from a country such as mine and have lived there for most of your entire life it’s very difficult for you to get settled in a new environment. Compared to my home country, America is much more safer. Once my grandma settled in our house, for the first two years everything was fine. However the noise in America is a lot. The passing by cars honking, music blasting and especially a motorcycle. The noises irritated her a lot. We live next to a bus stop and in front is a parking lot where a lot of people gather. She always looks out the window. She went ballistic one day when a man looked at our house, smiled, and waved at her. I’m sure the guy was just trying to be nice but she didn’t take it very well. Immediately she wanted to get out of the house and talk to him…with the knife. My mom tried to stop her however she didn’t want to. Seeing my mom struggling I went and helped her out. At the time I was only 14, and I got extremely scared looking at how my grandma was acting. My mom was crying because my grandma scratched her arm to the point where it was bleeding. I got angry but didn’t say anything and just forcefully pulled her up the staircase. I kind of knew my grandma wouldn’t hurt me but just in case I took the knife out of her hands and gave it to my mom for safe keeping. To stop this from happening we bought locks and hid all the knives. That happened 4 more times and finally my grandma calmed down when we put security cameras all over the house, put a gate around our house, and got a bull dog. However she still says things like, “I’m sure he’s right behind us,” or “I need to get out of the house.”

9:00 Sadly genuine possesion and mental illness often get mixed up~ I am also from a country with strong traditional belief on mystic. I do believe in science but possession by unknown entity is something quite real in my homeland. It's hard to not believe when your high school is an old and haunted school complex, and some of your fellow students would randomly get possessed. They're normal just moments ago before becoming feral and have to be hold down by a group of people like in this case- then hauled off to get an exorcism. Also no- pretty sure nobody would fake being possessed as a joke, it's NOT FUN because it's very common for them to bite and stuff. The following lecture about spacing out, not being religious, and stuff that make you vulnerable to possession is also a pain. At least as far as I know in general no peers of mine even as dumb highschoolers would choose this as a prank.

My dad is a fireman but was a paramedic first and I asked him the worst thing he saw and apparently it was they got called because 3 kids ages like 6-8 were playing in a parents car and got locked in and it was probably 98 degrees and they died way before paramedics got there and it was gruesome and I had just been born so it was harder for him to see kids and he said it’s the reason he left being paramedic

This just made me respect police officers a lot, imagine being a cop and working at night just to see a brutal image of a druggie killing someone brutally and having to stop it from getting worse. Also having to deal with suicidal people to prevent them from ending their life.
@Dylan_Sterling3 жыл бұрын
That’s the part of law enforcement people like to forget. They deal with the worst examples society has to offer, have to see scenes that’d make John Carpenter gag, and have to make split second life or death decisions based on whatever limited information they may have. There are bad cops out there, and there are a lot of changes that need to happen in law enforcement, but people really need to cut them some slack.
@hermionegranger75983 жыл бұрын
These things are why I don’t want to ever hear someone denounce a cop, firefighter, etc. What they do is NOT easy, they deserve respect and they have mine.

That reminds me of a story of my own. I had this pair of headphones and one day I clicked the little microphone button to pause my music, my music paused but then other music started playing, it was like this old creepy and distorted nursery rhyme. I thought nothing of it at first, but every once in a while whenever I clicked the microphone the same music would start to play. Eventually every time I clicked the microphone button the music would play. Then one day I was listening to my normal music and the nursery rhyme started in the middle of it, my music was cut off and the creepy music never stopped after that. I obviously stopped using the headphones after that, but every once in a while I'd try them out again, and sure enough the nursery rhyme would still be playing.

lmao the zombie kid was funny! He probably grew up trying to convince everyone that he saw an actual zombie - and it wasnt even halloween! Meanwhile only the cops knew it was something way more realistic and fucked up...think the kid ever thought it was something else, or just continued to swear that it was a reanimated corpse?

It amazes me every time I hear more of these stories that people can walk right past something insane (like a knife sticking out a living persons head) and just not register it. The human brain is very strange in it's ability to discern the real and the surreal. Your brain automatically blocks out traumatic images unless you are forced to look at them and really register it and remember it. Super scary but also good to know about my own brain. Look twice when you see some insane shit, you might not have been dreaming it, and it might be very important.

I’m not a cop but I witnessed a very very terrible and gruesome car crash. It was 7:30 at night and I was driving my dirt bike down a old dirt road. It was getting dark dark so I was heading home. Eventually (like 2 minutes later) I see a car stuck in a ditch. So I go over and see if the driver was ok well they were not ok. By the looks of it this lady hit a bent stop sign and the Part of the sign that said stop (the octogon part) Had gone THROUGH the wind shield and Basically halfway chopped her head off I tried to see if she was alive but there wasn’t a pulse. So I call 911 and they show up like 30 mins later. Turns out this lady was on a ton of drugs when she crashed. That was the most terrifying experience I’ve ever had. Remember kids don’t do drugs.

i feel some of these. i’m not a cop. i was driving with my mom to go kayaking and we saw a motorcycle speed past us at like 110 and end up hitting a truck that was turning left. He hit the truck and bounced off and then hit the metal barrier on the side of the road. there’s hardly any words i can string together to explain it but time slowed down and we jumped out of our truck and ran over to the motorcyclist. there was lots of yelling and screaming. my mom was trying to stop the bleeding with a registered nurse who also saw it and stopped but it didn’t matter, he was missing half his face and his neck was obviously broken. I had never and, hopefully will never again, seen that much real blood. My mom is screaming at me to call 911 and i’m doing that and in the background i could hear the guy from the truck who got hit is WAILING. i have never heard a person sound like that. He was just sobbing with every piece of his soul and saying “i couldn’t see him! i just turned and he was there!” between sobs. ambulance comes and cops took down all of our statements. we found him later on the obituary online and looked him up on FB. his pfp was of him getting pulled over by the cops for speeding.

That last one about the racked round in the shotgun sounds more like guy was a longtime user of that gun and it was probably literally muscle memory to rack the next round immediately after pulling the trigger.

Some old folks words I've heard before says that if you misbehave at somewhere holy or haunted, you will get karma for your actions. Related to the story at 8:36, My friend's relative once peed in front of a tree known to be haunted by local residents. Several hours later he was reported died in a public Transportation.

Cool now I have ptsd, also a couple weeks ago my aunt was coming to visit, it was pitch black and she was having trouble with the GPS, so at some point she crashed her car (I think it was into a tree) and well..she was fine, no injures or anything, the only thing that kinda sucked was that she had to wait for her car to be repaired, and she lived out of town. Also during her visit she told my mom about a text she received from my grandfather, my grandfather asked is she was okay, my aunt said she was, and my grandfather says gosh woman I'm to old for this crap. Literally so funny 🤣🤣🤣
