What perversion. The girl who pretended to be asleep said he just stood there and watched and didn't do anything. He checked to see if they were breathing to see if they were dead. Not to see if they were asleep. That don't make any sense. Sleeping people don't stop breathing. He probably accidentally overdosed them a bit, and they reacted unnaturally compared to how his daughter reacts when he drugs her to get her to sleep. That was probably also why he watched for a bit. Which is not too say drugging your child or other people's child is fine. Only if isn't what you think it is.

@SecureHandle intelligence for faking her sleep and contacting a trusted adult in a time of need, as well as contacting her friends parents. Many kids would've been too scared and not know what to do in a situation like that. Also, he most likely was planning to hurt them, why would he drug them otherwise?? My guess is SA. No one with good intentions is going to drug a group of kids to help them "sleep" and then also get angry at a little girl because she doesn't want it. Like it's pretty common sense.
@SecureHandle5 ай бұрын
@@iamakumquat faking sleep part wasn’t shocking and contacting an adult isn’t some genius move as well. Also you said he wasn't trying to physically harm them cause if he really wanted to he would have. SA is physical harm. Drugging a group of kids to [hypothetically, most realistically] SA them is him wanting to and trying to physically harm these kids. Drugging kids at all IS physical harm. He would have gone farther [most likely] he just didn't get away with it. Also the fact that you assume he wouldn't do it to other kids just because he has a daughter and possibly a wife is just...?? When multiple parents of the girls arrived at his home (as a result of the one conscious child sending a txt begging to be taken home by her parents), he refused to allow the parents inside to collect their children. Apparently, he repeatedly refused to allow them to enter his home and stated that he ‘didn’t want to interrupt the girls sleep’. When they insisted and mentioned calling the police, he finally relented. Once they found their children, they were completely incapable of waking up at least 2 of them and were forced to physically carry them out of the home, after which they were immediately taken to the hospital.

I've seen some comments from people defending this guy by saying he didn't do anything to the girls and the fact that he just watched them shows he wasn't planning on being violent. You're right in that he could have done worse things in the 15 minutes and at THIS point, it is nonviolent. However, statistics and even the little bit of context we get here, such as: a) checking to see if the girls are asleep; b) touching one of the girls even just the foot; c) moving one of the girls to the edge of the bed; and even staying in the room just to stare at them for 15 minutes, suggest he is just starting out. Predators start out as peeping toms who don't show aggression or violence. Then, as time goes on and they don't get caught, they get bolder and escalate to progressively more serious crimes. Like harassment all the way up to assault and maybe worse. Also, remember that he knew one of the girls didn't drink his smoothie. He knew one of them would be awake that night and that likely stopped him from doing more. You're right, we don't know what the guy was thinking that night. But doesn't that make this worse? Because no one but him, or maybe not even him, knows what he was planninh that night and what could have happened to those girls if they had all fallen asleep.
