Tbh, the format is fine as long as there's a limit, like 3 strikes and you're out. This format would work well if the following rule was added: If 3 people reject in a row, on the third self reject, the person who has had three people self reject leaves instead.

I like this format. For the first two, I actually would just lean back in the chair and start to explore the "im to pretty for Seattle" thing. "So would you say that comes from a place of over compensating for insecurity?" lol This format lets you be brutally honest with people to get them to press the button. love it
