Godzilla NES is easily my favorite video game creepypasta. The game is super terrifying and I love the character red. I guess the whole girl with dyslexia being in the game is corny but I really don’t care because corny is exactly what a lot of creepypastas are. And the visuals are phenomenal!! It looks like a super good NES game that’s ahead of it’s time and it’s incredible!

About the Sonic 2: Friendship creepypasta, I don't remember the monitors being destroyed, or that there's absence of badniks. I remembered that it played like a usual Sonic level until Chemical Plant Zone. It could be a Mandela effect. Also, about the Ordinary Sonic ROM hack game, the levels are from Green Hill Zone to Labyrinth Zone because the creator was part of some competition, this gave him time constraints that Star Light Zone and onwards is inaccessible by normal gameplay. Update: the different Sonic 2: Friendship is not a Mandela effect, it's just a different hack with the same concept.

One thing I liked about the entire Snow on Mt. Silver story, is if you pay attention to the order of Red's pokemon and how they look, it kinda tells the story of what happened to him and how they all died. Kinda leaves it to imagination, but it's a really nice touch for the story.

If I remember correctly, the last game was made for a contest and the developer ran out of time before the last 2 zones could be properly adjusted to work with the concept, which is why it ends once Labyrinth Zone is done.

I think a lot of good creepypasta games are better experienced than explained, unlike non game based stories, it feels more awkward and cliched to hear lines like "things get weirder" and "unlike in the original" over and over.

Havent watched the past one, or this one completely yet, but sonic.exe one last round, aka one more time is actually creepy, it has many different fears included in the game, like trypophobia, water, fire, spiders, blood, teeth, death, torture, all that furn stuff

Actually, the fog fades in when you reach a certain time, not when the letter fills red. The letters indicate how many times Red touched you, if he touches you 3 times then you get a game over. It's only if you continue to avoid Red, you win. At least until the next version comes out.

If you ever make a 3rd part, I suggest Sonic.2011. It's directed by the current owner of Sonic.exe, and programmed by the creator of PC Port, along with it being PC Port's prequel. It's an extremely faithful and high effort game version of Sonic.exe that I highly recommend.

omg- I'm a sucker for any Pokémon creepypasta, the Pokémon games really made me happy to see here, and happy that ppl r still making stuff for these creepypastas, i rlly LOVE what they did to Lost Silver and Snow on Mt.Silver, the additions are rlly interesting, and well put together. The letters turning red in the run level in the nes Godzilla game is actually how may hits you can take from red before you get a game over. They made it that way because a one hit kill like in the original story was to over powered. If you manage to survive for a certain amount of time you win. The fog is an indactor the chase will end soon.

Hello, I have a litte story that happend to me a few minutes ago. I was just playing Lethal Company With normal mods, but when I go to Offense I got 2 scraps and later another 2 before I had first 4 scraps in that moon I heard scary female yell. For the godzilla nes everything is right until pathos. Specifically the RED level. When your gettimg chased by red you can escape. But for this video you lost all lives, what am i saying you might ask, well in the thing we already know you gotta run from RED. Yes thats the monster's name. The word run is your lives. And like all games you lose all your lives its game over. You lose lives by getting hit by RED. The fog actually happens after the fire goes away. You'll know when you escaped RED once the fog clears up. Then just keep running to the right because why not. But there is soke patterns for red a little bit. If red is behind you he can attack and keep going or switch to the right, so when he goes away run to the left. But there is a chance that they'll fake the switch and keep going. Same goes to right. Congrats! You know how to avoid RED and not diedead. Anyways lemme eat my phone in peace

Personally none of these were scary to me other than the GodIlla hack. The voice acting in the first sonic game was hilarious and instantly took away any creep factor (not that there was any.) The Mario game was very creative and unique, even unsettling at times, but there is no payoff. The pokemon hack was far too tedious and difficult to actually be scary. And the last sonic game suffered from "oooh spooky hyperrealistic blood jumpscare". What made the Godzilla hack so good, despite also not really having payoff, is that there's nothing that actually feels out of place. All of the creatures and monsters in the game feel meant to be there. But after a while it becomes clear that the game is acting in ways it shouldn't be. And by the time your reach the end, you've got this intense feeling that you're playing something that you shouldn't be, even though it's all very in character for that game.
