Amazing video. I’m a beginner wrestler, and I see that there are some opponents who won’t tie up which is fine, but someone needed to teach me this incase I get no tie ups

Could you give your opinion on this? I’ve seen a bunch of Jordan Burroughs’ matches, but he fakes and then shoots. I started practicing like actually going into the shot and pulling out and shooting it again, do you think that would work?

Work on a “freeze fake.” Hard fake - freeze meaning don’t come out. Keep that space and fire again. Try that.
