Creme of Nature Shampoo- Which One is Better?

I compare the Crème of Nature Argan Oil from Morocco Sulfate-Free Moisture and Shine Shampoo. It promises to Hydrate and Detangle and the Crème of Nature Pure Honey Moisturizing Dry Defense Shampoo. It is for dry, dehydrated hair. It contains No Sulfates and No Mineral Oil.
