awesome video. I love the idea of using empty annotation features to organize the model tree and also the flat to screen annotation for user facing notes. I've never really used any Creo features from the annotation tab before, could you make an annotations general overview video or maybe a video showing what a non 'empty' annotation feature would typically be used for? Also with regards to the embedded datum tip, this seems to contradict your advice from an earlier video about using external sketches vs internal sketches (I personally have changed over to external sketches and really like the long term flexibility that offers). How do you decide when to use external vs internal sketches?

I will be doing more Model Based Annotations videos. However I believe PTC has been moving away from Annotation Features and simply Annotation Elements without features. Yes, I did an embedded sketch in this video. I should have done the embedded datum plane in the sketch but it was a little more “dramatic” showing the embedded plane in the Extrude feature.

I would caution against using too many groups. You would think selecting a group would select the stuff inside - not so. Rounds and the like make sense. Cautious grouping of datums and features. Also, avoid groups of 1 feature/component - you haven't saved anything. Otherwise, I like all of the other ideas. Just wish I could convince co-workers of the value (and remember to do it myself!)
