Thanks for that nice tutorial. But as I can see, even in the new version still hard to get a BOM with some particular information like, envelope size or envelope size with over material for each part.

I don't know what "over material" is, but have you tried using ModelCHECK to generate a size parameter in the models? That parameter can then be listed in a Bill of Materials.

Is there anyway to export xsec mass properties? I have approximately 100 xsec features made and I'd like to export them to excel.

Not easily. It’s just the manual way with regular cross sections. If there’s a specific property you’re looking to capture, it’s easier with BMX.

@@CADPLMGuy xsec area at 1mm increments. I have an existing volume and I'm creating something new but want to have the same desired xsec area(different shape)

You can do this with BMX. I think I have a video on User Defined Analyses that measures cross sectional area along a path. Then you can use Graph Matching functionality to change dimensions so that model geometry matches a desired response. I don't have a video specifically on Graph Matching but I seem to recall showing that in some video. (I could be wrong. After 900 videos, stuff blends together in my head.)
