Very nice video, I always use hyperbolic rounds to obtain a sharp edge that is not actually sharp, and elliptic rounds to fake a chamfer with smoother connection to the main geometry. This is very good for aesthetic rendering.

very Good presentation. Do you mind also explaining how is the Conical round or Continuous curvature rounds features are manufactured. Is it easy to manufacture, do you recommend it for DFM?

“Easy” is a relative / subjective term. A lot depends on the nature of the surrounding geometry, whether external / re-entrant, etc. You can manufacture these potentially via CNC, mold design, or AM. By DfM, do you mean Design for Manufacturing? Because I recommend that for everything.

Equations of what curves? I made this video over 3 years ago. It’s impractical to rewatch a 20 minute video to figure out which curves you’re referring to.
