2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar

*cook 1 min, flip and cook another 30 min

My husband can’t sleep without a fan either….and I’m guessing at this point I would have a hard time too because I’m now used to it. Our power flickered the other day (maybe the same day as your storms) and it was early in the morning and the fan kept going off and on several times. I was up for a while too. 😊 I didn’t realize how easy crepes are to make…..I want to give them a try!

I bet your kiddos would like swedish pancakes since they love crepes so much. The recipe is very simple, and you have everything you need in your pantry, milk, melted butter or plant-based, egg, sugar, and flour, and i add a splash of vanilla. Top how you like; butter and syrup, jams, fresh fruit, nutella, peanut butter, and such.

I have to fall asleep with the TV on, usually Friends. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I end up turning on the TV to Nick at Night otherwise my mind just races.

Girl, I am totally with you on the fan thing!!!! Order you a battery operated fan, just a small one you can put on your face to help you sleep when power goes out!!! It will be a life saver 😉

I hear you about not being able to sleep without a fan! When the power goes out it’s miserable. The last time that happened I ended up downloading a box fan app that has been game changer for situations like that!

We lost power for 5 days after a hurricane a few years ago, and the heat when trying tto sleep was so horrible. I bought small battery powered fans from amazon. We always sleep with fans on, but living in the deep south the heat was worse than the noise. We keep them just for emergencies, but i do take them out to test them every once in a while.

I cannot sleep without a fan either. We have a backup generator that has our entire house up and running like normal in less than a minute of power outage so when at home, it's not an issue. When we go out of town and stay in a rental home in the mountains or at a hotel, we have to take fans! LOL.

Sleeping changes in your forties. 😂 Your kiddos were hungry! I’m not a reader but love podcasts. I can’t think of the brand at Costco, they have a blueberry jam and it’s so good. I’ll just eat it by itself. It’s just the blueberries, pectin, and sugar. Super simple ingredients and so so good.
