I've always love the sound of a reed organ. I have 2 rank Packard Parlor organ that I play about once a week (with a singer's skill...which isn't much). Glad there are people who love and play these instruments and keep them in good shape.

What a beautiful reed organ! Thank you, Mr. Andersen for sharing it with us! I've never had such privilege to play a two manual Estey. I own a lovely parlor organ with a large action boasting an impressive Sub-Bass, but have wanted to play one such as this for many years.

A pleasure to hear this music, which I've never heard before, played by a professional performer on a fine instrument in first-rate condition and tune. A quadruple treat!

Estey built the pipe organ into our Masonic temple back in 1911. Those old enough to have heard it say it sounded great.

I recently purchased one of these Estey Style "T" reed organs. Regrettably mine didn't include the pipe facade.

This is an Estey Style G with its original pipe top. The case and the arrangement of the original facade pipes verify this organ as an Style G. The Estey Style T reed organs were furnished without pipe top unless otherwise ordered. As you indicated most Estey Style T reed organs did not have the pipe top originally. I know that you are and should be very proud of your Estey Style T.

We have an organ like this one in our Masonic Hall located in Oakland, Ca. It was installed in1927 when the building was completed. It does not get played very often. It requires a very skilled artist to generate meaningful misuse.

Do such Pedal Board Reed Organs have Bellows Pedals or external lever or Motor Pump? If they have Bellows Pedals, how can the Organist manage Pedal Board keys, sir?
