Crescent Cove is far enough from the coast that your risk of hurricane dammage is not too bad, though flooding is still a risk & you’d probably be required to evacuate in case of a projected hit.

Some of the lots in the back and final phases are located in a flood zone since they are close to the waterway. These up at the front are fine!

This community doesn't have any sort of private beach area, I'd either suggest going to a public beach access in Myrtle Beach or in Surfside Beach. Pricing depends the floor plan, lot and finishes. There are spec homes currently priced beginning at $389k and go up to $599k.

State golf cart rules are that they can only travel on roads 35mph or less. Unfortunately 707 is 40mph.
