Thank you for providing so much information. Well done! The real flaw, for me, in the 2/2X (which I love) is the tiny workspace/cabinet storage area in the kitchen. Have seen some models with the added countertop/cabinets in the dining room. Curious what that upgrade costs. Plan 3 has the kitchen counter space, but the living room is so cramped and there’s no entry area by the front door. Always something, right? Lol!

Plan 2 is the best flow. Large enough back yard for a small fig tree, potted. You were playing dodgems with the other lookers. 😂 I like that entry on plan 1, though.
