NGREDIENTS
Water 250 ml
Olive oil 50 ml
1 shot of raki or ouzo or juice of 1 lemon (30 ml)
A pinch of salt
500 grams of all-purpose flour
Still
extra flour for opening the sheets
For the stuffing
3 dry onions
1 bunch of fresh onion
1 kilo of various fried greens (laphata, galatsides, tsochos, wild leeks, kavkalithres, sekkoula, vroubes)
OR
800 grams of frozen spinach
1 bunch dill, chopped (without the thick stems)
1/2 bunch fennel, chopped (without the thick stems)
salt
