Archival footage shot by a West German filmmaker while spending his holidays in 1983 in Greece.
It contains stock footage of the island of Crete: a tourist resort in front of the sea (Creta Maris Beach Resort in Chersonissos-Hersonissos), tourists relaxing on the swimming pool and on the beach, city of Chersonissos-Hersonissos (the port, street scenes, shops and restaurants), a sightseeing tour around the island, wind mills, city of Heraklion, villages, the archaeological site of Knossos, Heraklion International Airport, and more.
