Mine looks like the one on the middle, but has thermal control function. Rubber covered line is connected to upper burr and keeps the grinder hot. Lefty looks more fancy though. By the way, I have little problem with thermal control function that needs quite a bit of time to heat up about 1-2 hours, so every morning, I start with courser grind setting and once the burr starts to heat up, I need to grind finer to have a same extraction. (hotter coffee ground has a faster extraction than cool one.) I waste quite a bit of coffee when I change the grind setting. Other than this problem, everything works fine. Thanks for the review.

Yeah, they're in the process of tweaking the line, so i believe the series will look like this in the coming months. Thanks for sharing your experiences with the temp control - great for folks to know. - Kat

Hello I have the one with temp control I recently change the blades and I have a problem with the calibration bottom, We don't have a technician here in PR and I call Simonelli but still they haven't reached to me. Do you have a contact email I can explain the problem and see if you can help me?

jw why didn't you make an espresso after you ground the coffee but great review of the grinders

That's a good question! I'm assuming they were trying to keep the video as short as possible since it was already 16 minutes long. They may have brewed a shot while shooting, but cut it out during editing. It definitely would have been nice to see though! - Sarah

Hello marioidrovorodri, The Mythos grinders do not measure in grams, but rather in how many seconds it takes to grind. - Sarah
