Excellent video & great review. The only correction to the info presented is that the grind retention (coffee that is ground but does not make it to the portafilter until the NEXT dose) is likely FAR LESS than 1 gram per double shot! I love your website too, and the way you focus on Training & education like us. You are good for the coffee world.
