This new frother is the new Saeco froth technology that they use in the Exprelia Evo as well. Apparently the marketing material seems to indicate that its hotter than the older frothers. Is 141 F hotter than the other one-touches?

Haha my goodness you have no idea! I'm about to attend my last shift as a barista today in a few hours :( I'm so passionate for coffee and machines and LOVE your videos :p I want to buy myself an espresso machine and always checking gails reviews :p bit tricky though, we have a 3 group La Marzocco FB/80 and it's simply amazing so its hard to drop the standards into my preferred price range:p So I reckon a job with SCG would be simply amazing :') just impractical in AUS thanks for the offer ;)

Budget is a big consideration but also how much work do you want to put into it? There's no 'best machine' per se, but I can help you narrow it down a bit :) - Kat

In the video, it mentions that the machine was pre-programmed to do a double-shots on the cappuccino setting. Where can you program this? It does not mention it in the instructions, and the cappuccino settings button only seems to allow you to choose the amount of milk. I'm stuck with single shot cappuccinos for the moment.
