CRF300L BikerzBits Motox Exhaust & Yamoto Frame Protectors

Todays video we walk through install of some parts from BikerzBits on our CRF300l Dualsport. & #crf300l #dualsport
First install yamoto frame protectors. Very happy with this product although (4) included zip ties was not enough for me and ended up adding a few extra. Be sure not to zip tie any wiring while installing these!
Second install Motox V2 full SST Exhaust. Ended up weighing approximately 4 lbs less than stock OEM exhaust. A few tips during install. Pretwist O2 sensor wire prior to threading into new exhaust, remove stock clamp bolt completely to more easily remove stock muffler, use a good technic to apply provided springs. Seemed to be a bit more exhaust popping with stock air filter and much less noticeable with DNA air filter. Will get some riding in and see if we will end up going with a 550 ecu or a separate fuel programmer.

John, I put the MotoX V1 exhaust on this morning. Wow! It sounds amazing. Videos can’t even do it justice. The DNA Filter, 550 Performance ECU and the MotoX exhaust makes a huge difference in performance. It’s like a completely different bike now. Thanks for your videos as always! 👊🏼🇺🇸

Sounds good, next thing cut the intake tube flush with the air box, pull the air filter out and look behind it you’ll see, it’s a long rubber tube just like the the inlet snorkel, just pull it out and cut it flush with the air box, more power 🏁

Don't forget to wipe down the whole exhaust system with rubbing alcohol that way your fingerprints and stuff don't show up on it when you burn it in

would really like one of these pipes on my CRF but I am worried about it melting through gear attached to the sides, like those gear bags for camping. (Since there is no heat shield)

I installed this exhaust and I am thinking of going back to the original exhaust. The reason, the replacement exhaust stinks of my shirts. The original exhaust with the catalytic converter does not do that. It's a real nuisance. Did you notice that?

Have only had a chance to ride around yard and neighborhood so far down low she rips. Will do an update after this cold front moves out for mid-top end I feel like she’s gonna need some more fuel!

Really depends on what you order. My big shipment shipping was around $132. Considering the cheap pricing it’s really not that bad

Much more aggressive than stock pipe cam with baffle pre installed. Less popping with DNA filter vs OEM. For sure will need to get some more fuel going in there with all this air flow!

I only have 20 miles on my bike so but I've been running 92 octane seems to work just perfect non-ethanol gasoline
