The dealer usually tries to get the count over 15 if they see a 6 laid. That's if they don't have a 9. Definitely a good trap but doesn't work all the time and in every hand. Especially trash hands that have good pegging cards. Yeah in general this would be a very good pegging trap.

Not every time, no. But it works more often than I thought it would.
