I just got my Motorola Razr last Friday for 99.99 when I port my number over from Att prepaid the Razr is a great phone

Its better to buy your phone from the brand's store as it already comes unlocked and you don't have to wait on your carrier to receive updates. Carriers usually offer a BYOD option where you only pay for a monthly plan and not tied to any contract

Yes it will, just don't know when. Motorola is known to be slow with android updates. Motorola's 2024 phones will probably get it first then the 2023 phones will get it.
