This is the team that gave up all fighting spirit against freakin Bangladesh, then in a do or die match vs SL in the ODI world Cup that happened a couple of month before this series & knocked out embarrassingly in group stage. A year before in 2006, with a stacked squad this Indian team couldn't even reach semifinals in champions trophy 2006 which happened in India itself. Right that's what people need to understand they need good quality anchors like Kohli ,root ,Smith ,Iyer , Babar ,Rahul in odis although these guys aren't really lethal like maxwell or sky these guys do not play dot balls and defend on strike rotation and if they stay till the end take the score to 350+ which is a good score in odi for any decent bowling line because unlike T20 I where even scores of 200+ aren't safe 350 is a good score in ODIs even more than 300 because when the team looses wickets they play dot balls and the asking rate starts rising
