Cricut Easy Press Mini Unboxing | First Project | First Impressions

Hey everyone! As I said in the beginning, I know I'm a little late to the Easypress Mini party! I'm just one of those people that finds it difficult to justify a purchase when I already have something that does similar work. That's why I waited to get one! I like to be sure about something before I jump into the purchase! I'm really happy with the way the Mini works and I know I will definitely get a lot of use out of it!

After completing multiple projects with it, here are some more things that I've learned about the Easypress Mini:
Similar to the regular Easypress, Cricut has included the Mini on their heat guide (which I use all the time for HTV projects). Here is the link if you'd like to use it ----- cricut.com/en_...
I found that it was the most comfortable to rest my index finger along the front of the Mini (where the button is located), however I found that I was accidentally hitting the button occasionally while in use.
I also learned that the Mini is different than the full size presses because it typically requires constant motion (not holding and pressing like I did in this video!)
The 3 heat settings are as follows: Low - Use with sensitive base materials or heat-transfer materials that transfer between 255°F (125°C) - 295°F (145°C). Medium - Use with most base materials or heat-transfer materials that transfer between 300°F (150°C) - 355°F (180°C). High - Use with Infusible Ink materials, heavy-duty base materials, and other heat-transfer materials that transfer between 360°F (185°C) - 400°F (205°C)
Similar to the larger models, the Mini has an auto shutoff feature after 13 minutes from the last movement, with a warning sound just like the full size models
