I think if the t-shirt was left on the bunny, it would give you the volume you need to hit those corners/ends because the bunny body (and t-shirt) would form to the curve of the heat press plate

Girl I was wondering if you can use htv vinyl and this for your pens lol ink joy. Was just trying to figure out to use printavke glow n dark for pens and I know they make printable htv one put not one with just sticky backing

No. Htv is not for hard surfaces.

I would say you will want to test a small spot. Acrylic tends to melt easily under heat
