Yes it does! I have been washing these over and over, and everything is still on there so far! It will work best on cotton and polyester.

Hello! I have a couple of questions. Is this process the same as using transfer paper ( the transfer t-shirt paper)? How long does this last?

Yes, you can do this the same way with the transfer t-shirt paper. If you are sublimating, just be mindful of the colors because it could bleed through and be visible on the outside of the shirt.
