He lived a high risk lifestyle, im 99.9% sure he knew his days were numbered. Every intelligent gangster is self aware

It wasn't jealousy 😂😂. That daughter is delusional. The ex wife, current wife and kids knew he was in the mob. How else does an unemployed ex boxer have a Jaguar. 😂😂 why embarrass yourself on tv pretending he was an innocent victim? One victim I don't feel sorry for.

Right! This episode of Crime Beat seems more like a bad B movie. Hard to have sympathy for this victim or anyone who chooses to live this lifestyle.

This shooting happened right beside my house in the plaza. My uncles and family were close with him we grew up in the same area in Toronto”little Portugal” I can’t believe your covering this story .. amazing!!!

I can't watch these Crime Beat episodes anymore. I knew the Canadian justice system was weak but these episodes have really opened my eyes to how pathetic and weak the justice system is. They waste unbelievable amounts of taxpayers dollars just to give these murderers pathetically short sentences.

I've known Eddie, Melo all my life , my father was Travis Sugden, his manager , trainer and promoter , I am his oldest son .. This story breaks my heart , I don't understand the lenience of the Canadian justice system ; no justice for the people that loved him , and will never see Eddie again , that is a crime on its own .. My heart goes out to the Melo family

"You say sledgehammer, I say a mallet." Talk about minimizing. When she "flew" on the highway, what was she in such a hurry for? I dunno. I don't like anyone involved with the mob. Seen Godfather? It's BS, when family members claim ignorance. The daughters and especially the wife, knew.

Here's the crazy thing that movies and television shows cannot possibly Express , the true heartache .. Eddie was a father , brother , and friend to so many , he was like a brother to me the man carrying his casket during the funeral footage of this KZbin video is my father .. I've known Eddie all my life .. Try and show a little compassion when posting on something obviously the people that care about him will see ..

I really think there’s more to the story. These guys knew exactly where he was, time he was done and who he was with at the time. He knew something like crime or something bad and was probably telling his friend what he knew. Or witnessed this crime or something and needed to tell someone and that why they killed both so the secret would stay shut and no one would know anything about it. Someone planned this killing but justice will eventually come for whom decided this murder.

Ask his eldest daughter. She still has all the mob ties. She knows exactly why it happened. The question to ask is why his daughter grew up to torture other kids her own age at her own schools. She is not a good person. Don’t feel sorry for her

Just watched this for the first time and with how hesitant about who called her and what Eddie did after he left boxing, I honestly think his ex wife Sine Matheson had something to do with his murder. She knows more than she is saying... I think she had him killed.
