It was the only crime they had enough circumstantial evidence to get him on. He probably didn't get a fair trial and will appeal. For a real gangster he did not move smart shtting where he ate. You never go after neighbors or people who have wronged you because those are the first people of interest. Most organized crime has separate wings that are not directly connected that handle enforcement. This guy owned so many politicians and judges he just got lazy and didn't expect the mainland boys to ride on him like that. They likely just carefully selected judges and jurors he could not get to and used investigators not attatched to his previous get out of jail frees. He should have consulted his lawyers WHILE he was offending instead of after he got caught. They already knew he had ties to the local justice system and it was his personal vendetta that ended him.

It's not over yet , surely, he will appeal the charges and confiscating his assets. . Just wonder if people testified against him were truthful. People will lie and say what will get them out of trouble or less time to be served.. No winners 2 families sons are gone, and a child now is growing up fatherless . So very sad for a child to start his life this way .
