Thank god for this verdict, i still remember Mike Miske use to think he owned the island years back and everyone feared him including cops, but karma does comeback and bite you back

Ash and John were classmates of mine. She was always so kind to me. What an amazing woman to be so strong through this for almost 8 years! The only thing I have to say to Ash and John as well as their family is Aloha wao iā oe!

His company tented my home , he was very fair and called me back right away . He seemed kind and a fair person . It's hard to believe this is the same person . A worker fell off my roof. He was called and was concerned, and a young girl came to take him to the hospital. He had a hurt ankle . Just does not seem like the same man .

been 8 years since he was murdered she has a child that isn’t going to take care of itself and they will not survive off of a woman’s salary unless she brings in over $100,000 but judging by their backstory neither her or johnny was bringing in that kind of money and was practically hopping around from house to house to get by after caleb had passed

With no comment on Mr. Miske's trial, the US government's forfeiture policies are unfair. It is punishing someone twice for the same crime. Justice is making a convicted person go to prison. But to take away their personal property/assets in addition to imprisonment is cruel and unusual punishment.

Forfeited laws are often misapplied in this case I believe forfeited is absolutely the right call
