I have dealt also with cleaning blood in a customer's vehicle similar circumstances and fortunately no one was dead. They tried stealing their vehicle but couldn't so they got shot and his girlfriend got hit in the arm. To break down blood use oxygenated water first then Spray Nine and steam, it is a trick I learned when I had a part time job cleaning at a hospital when I was a student at the university.
