Because filing a false case puts an innocent person’s life and reputation at stake. A longer jail term should act as a deterrent for such false cases.

Nikam ji is so humble and down to earth person. I remember he had contested loksabha elections 2024 from Mumbai North Central Constituency. but unfortunately he lost the elections by the margin of just 9000 votes
