I’m a gym buff since 20 years and this podcast has been the one of the best on Indian weight loss. The guest was in a good giving mood and gave as much non generic advice as possible. Apart from this I would like to add some info which may benefit people. 1. Plan your sleep for at least 9 hours most days. If you wake up groggy and tired get a MRI scan nose and show an ENT. A lot of people have blocked nose with flesh or bone which needs surgery to remove 2. Get your blood test done and Check your liver size, vitamin, bone density, thyroid, testosterone, vitamin d. It should be less then 14 3. Track your fiber and make sure breakfast and lunch leave the body before dinner. And dinner leaves before breakfast. If not then cut out foods add water veggies and fiber to see what’s causing slow bowel movement 4. Always have healthy meals/ snacks ready to be eaten when on the go. 5. Don’t drink calories from protein shakes juice if you can have a good meal instead. 6. If you’re eating then eat properly. Don’t put a small filler in your body which will make more hungrier and you may end up snacking with junk. 7. A big bowl of popcorn can be 200 calories and along with soda water can fill you up for a few hours. 8. A stair stepper or stairs burns more calories then walking . Try taking the stairs more . Wear knee bands if you have pain and see a physiotherapist. Also see a podiatrist and get good shoes 9. Get an indoor spin bike and some dumbells to get a workout if your gym is far or closed or it’s raining or whatever 10. Have chamomile tea and some pista and hour before you sleep and dim all the lights if your house or buy a blue light filter glass. 11. If you have to go out with friends for a meal. Take the lead and Plan it for lunch and to a restaurant where you can have the have least damaging food. 12. Have a glass of water before every meal and along every coffee/tea 13. Have a 20 minute Power Nap or shut eye in the afternoon if possible 14. Get a good smart watch and always workout while tracking heart rate. All workouts should be a minimum of 120bpm.

Very well explained, as a Nutrition student, it was so relatable to the theoretical concept that we study. Milk contains a sugar called lactose, individuals who lacks the enzyme lactase which digest lactose falls prey to lactose in tolerance, milk when converted to curd, the lactose is then converted to lactic acid (fermented form of lactose), which is easily digestible. hence, curd, paneer are easily digestible.

Pls note, insulin sensitivity is when your body even with small amounts of insulin released can lower blood glucose levels, we want to be insulin sensitive which comes with healthy lifestyle. All of the points she spoke about insulin processing was about INSULIN RESISTANCE which results in increased blood sugar levels with glucose roaming around ( cells do not process glucose since insulin disables the cell opening)

As a celebrity nutritionist and a well-known personality, you should avoid spreading misinformation. It is incorrect to state that whatever you eat is converted into glucose. Here are the correct details: • Carbohydrates are converted into glucose. • Proteins are broken down into amino acids. • Fats are broken down into fatty acids and glycerol, and under certain conditions, can be converted into ketones. Every nutritionist should possess this basic knowledge.

Ayurveda donot allow Fruits with Milk .. Why she is recommending Friuts with Milk.. Its completely VirudhAhaar
@potatocoder5090Ай бұрын
Ayurveda itself recognizes that dietary needs and responses can vary from person to person. What might cause digestive issues for one individual may be perfectly fine for another. It's important to consider personal tolerance and how one's own body reacts. In many cultures, combining fruits with milk or dairy is a common practice and part of traditional cuisines. For example, many Indian sweets, like shrikhand and fruit custards, combine fruits and milk. These combinations have been enjoyed for generations without widespread health issues. Fruits and milk both offer essential nutrients. Fruits provide vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, while milk is a good source of protein and calcium. Combining them can contribute to a balanced and nutritious diet. There is limited scientific evidence supporting the idea that combining fruits with milk causes significant digestive issues or health problems. Most dietary recommendations emphasize variety and balance rather than strict food combination rules. While respecting Ayurvedic principles is valuable, it's also important to consider individual dietary needs, cultural practices, and modern nutritional insights. If someone enjoys and tolerates fruits with milk without any issues, there may be no reason to avoid this combination.

Hello Mr. Ranveer, This is Manjushree, Big fan of your podcasts, learnt so many things from your shows!!Physical health to Mental Health to Astrology, you are just amazing!! ❤️ I live in Texas, here in USA most of the food products even protein shakes say no Sugar on labels but it definitely have SUCRALOSE, I have heard it cause Alzheimer! If you could provide us more info on Sucralose or Artificila Sweetner etc would help a lot!!! Or please let me know if you have already covered these topics in any of your sessions. Hope you get to see this comment 🤞🏻 Thank you so much!! ❤🙏🏻

I loved the episode too. Having said that, as a 50 year old, perimenopause woman, there is no I can eat breakfast like she does, 2 rotis, chawal, dahi, dal, and sabzi twice a day plus snack and not gain weight! That’s a LOT of food. I eat less than half of that and exercise and not losing weight

1400 years ago, our dear Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised us to eat till you're half part full. I'm glad that the philosophy has been adopted by the world today, and even research has proven this to be true and beneficial. SubhanAllah
