They werent racing , he was being chased but it doesnt say why as to how Jeff died it wasnt connected or relevant to the story , his family may have not wanted it publicized as well.

Manslaughter, that’s a laugh as far as murderers are concerned because the murderer of my son got 7 years and out in 2 years 3 months….37 stab wounds and 3 knives were used 2 broken off inside my sons back…..I’m sorry for the children who have lost 2 beautiful people but OMA when they get him and he goes to prison, he will be out in know time because the Parole Board are not for the victims….been there 💔💔💔💔💔
