Man, this was the perfect opportunity to use the ricin. Unless, Jesse didn't wanna do it because he liked his new role, and he also chickened out. But even if Jesse used the ricin here and Gus died, Walt wouldn't be out of the woods yet. There were way too many people who had a "hard on" for him. He wouldn't be able to get rid of them all. Not to mention the suspicion that he was behind Gus' death.

Well Mike was the one asking him to make coffee. Doesn't seem to fit Gus's persona to drink some low tier coffee made by a junkie. So the coffee was most likely for Mike, Jesse and Mike's guys. Basically it was a very long shot that Gus might drink it. And Jesse clearly doesn't like killing a bunch of random people even if they're criminals.

Nah I speak 3 languages and English is the one that I feel that it does not have "class". It is not even phonetic and there are a lot of things you cannot express in a way other languages can. But at least it is easy to learn. Also, in Breaking bad and BCS, most actors do not speak spanish very well. That could be a the reason why you think it is not great.
